Hotels near Karuizawa

The quality of the accommodation was good and the staff were all very friendly. The golf course was also nice. I had a great time for two days. I highly recommend it!

The hotel is in a great location, with frequent shuttle buses that take you between the shopping center, the station, and the hotel. There is a Family Mart outside the first floor of the West Building that opens until 23:00, so you don't have to worry about being hungry in the middle of the night. Before booking a room, I saw that the West Building had its own hot spring, and when I checked in, there were hotel staff who could speak Chinese to introduce the facilities in the building. The room provides casual clothes, bags and waterproof slippers that can be worn when soaking. However, when I went to take a hot spring bath, I found that it was very far from the B side where my room was located, and it would take about 5 minutes to walk there. There are also A side rooms which are closer, but still require some walking distance. The closest to the hot spring is the premium wing. The only downside is that the hot springs are too far to walk to. I wanted to go for another soak the morning before checking out but I was too lazy to walk. The rest of the performance is good and I still give it five stars. Because it is close to the station, I might consider staying here in the future.

The room is spacious enough and is only 5-8 minutes away from the JR station. The hotel is only 3 stories high. If the room is heated for a long time, you need to open the windows and doors to prevent the temperature from being too hot.

Location was great. 10 mins drive to Karuizawa Station and Prince Snow Ski Resort and Outlet Mall and Old Street. Food was great with healthy choices. Public bath was great with indoor/outdoor option. Staff were very attentive to your needs. There was a heavy snowfall during our stay and 3 staff members helped us clear the snow from our car. Hotel snow removal truck was also working hard. Overall was a really pleasant experience.

Very close to Karuizawa Station, the hotel has free parking, but there are not many parking spaces, first come first served. The room was of acceptable size, clean and comfortable. But there are no restaurants near the hotel.

The lobby receptionist was a Taiwanese, a very friendly Mr. Liu, who introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding businesses in detail. The room was also very clean and had a small kitchen for cooking.

I really like the cabin. It's 0 degrees outside and warm inside. We stayed in an 8-person room with 4 rooms and a large living room. We can go to the convenience store to buy things and eat them. But the only drawback is that the cabin doesn't have a microwave and can't heat food. But you can order pizza from outside. It's delicious. I really recommend you to eat there. But it's hard to make a phone call, maybe there's a shortage of staff. Another advantage of the cabin is that the hot water in the bathroom is very hot and the water is large. You can take a hot spring in the room, which is very comfortable. It is very convenient to go to the shopping mall to eat and go shopping. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the lobby to the shopping mall. We took the bus first, but later we found that walking was faster than taking the bus. The convenience store in the hotel is very small, and there is only one employee. You have to queue up to buy things. There is also a convenience store in Coping Mall. If you go shopping, you can buy something by the way. In short, this accommodation experience is good.
