Shikotsu Toya National Park Silo Observation Deck tours

We joined the tour on 21 August 2025, and our guide, Lisa, was outstanding. She is very professional and speaks fluent Mandarin and English, and even communicated smoothly with the driver in Japanese. Throughout the trip, she introduced us to famous attractions and local foods in Hokkaido, guided us with clear instructions, and made the whole journey enjoyable. We especially loved her thoughtful idea of having a picnic at Lake Toya, where we could enjoy lunch while admiring the view of the “mini Mount Fuji.” It was truly a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful for her excellent guidance.

Our guide, (so sorry I forgot his name) who is a Taiwanese was very informative, accommodating and friendly. He even offered us to take our pictures. He's very considerate to the others who are a little bit late. We (with my husband and daughter) really enjoyed this tour. 5 stars for our guide.

This was a very beautiful and worthwhile tour of Noboribetsu and the Lake Toya area, with ample time to adequately explore all of the areas with stunning and awe-inspiring views. Our tour guide, Helen, was also excellent and went above and beyond by sharing her knowledge and experiences with us all while making sure that we were adequately taken care of throughout the entire trip. Overall, would highly recommend this tour as a must-see for any trip to Hokkaido.

Even though time was a little tight, the tour guide's arrangements were perfect, making for a very pleasant travel experience.

this was fantastic. we added a few stops to the itinerary we wanted to do. they fit them in for us and organised everything. our driver Mr Richard was wonderful he drove us around in complete comfort and helped us when we had questions. he also told us about the areas and interesting facts. I highly recommend this tour.

I love the places we visited specially the lakes and Lake hill farm, however the fireworks is underwhelming and we waited for almost 3hrs for that. Our tour guide Grace is reallyy nice i’m the only english speaker in our group and she translates everything for me.

Today's itinerary was fantastic! The schedule was exactly as described. Lake Toya and Lake Hill Farm were incredibly beautiful, and the bears at the Bear Park were so cute. Especially our guide, David, who was absolutely amazing! 👍👍 He gave us so much information about Hokkaido and each attraction, and his recommendations for food and activities were spot on. He was the best guide we've had during our trip to Hokkaido! We watched the fireworks on the lake, enjoyed a day trip to a Toya Lake onsen (hot spring), ate ice cream and fried chicken, and appreciated the beauty of Hill Farm and Lake Toya. It was a perfect day!

a must go destination / tour if you’re visiting Hokkaido! lake shikotsu was my favourite part, the yamasen bridge was beautiful. we actually had tour guide lisa yang two days in a row for two different tours, and she was so lovely and helpful in both! she did her best to help us resolve a ticketing issue with klook which we really appreciated! she’s also very good at taking photos :) that said, I don’t recommend purchasing tickets to see the bear ranch as it’s quite small and it’s a bit unsettling to see the bears locked up :( other than that, everything else in this tour was absolutely amazing 💕 thank you lisa!
