The hotel service staff was amazing. Although the bathhouse was a bit small, the bathtub in the room was a good size. The shopping options and train station nearby were also very convenient. Convenient Transportation: Within a 10-minute walk from JR station, passing through Kuromon Market on the way, and very close to Namba. Service: English speaking staff available, with Chinese guidance as well.

Hotel is 3 mins walk to namba station, it's connected to the station. There is a Family Mart right below it and a grocery store. The room is nice, the bed firm, pj's are provided instead of robes. It has the basic toiletries. Also, mouthwash and headbands, razors & hairbrush are also included. No face creams and lotions in the lobby or room. You can also leave your luggages. Also near Dotonbori if you use the exit 14. The 1st day we went to dotonbori it felt like 17mins walk from hotel to dotonbori but if you use this exit then its probably just 5 to 8 mins. Namba station has lots of restaurants too. Heads up, if you will book hotel Grasmere then there is a tax you need to pay when you check in. (We didn't have to pay this on the 1st hotel I booked in Tokyo). If you have the free USJ transfer you need to reserve early because I didn't get to use the free transfer because the date that I am suppose to go to USJ is already fully reserved. I recommend this hotel

Transportation is extremely convenient with the Nankai Electric Railway, Kintetsu, Keihan Railway, and subway lines all converging. There's also a FamilyMart convenience store downstairs and breakfast is available, making it super convenient.

Although it's about a 10-minute walk from the Nankai train line, it's super convenient to walk to Dotonbori, and the wagyu yakiniku nearby is delicious at night 😋

the location is very convenient, is central very near to many tourist attractions. the room is spacious and clean. the staff is very polite and friendly

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and extended for one more night. The location is very strategic and the airport limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel, making it easy to travel from the airport with luggage. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Will come back to stay at this hotel if I go to Osaka. It's easy to find food around the hotel and it's close to the station.
