Banff Gondola tours

This time I took the kids on a tour. The tour guide explained the surrounding attractions along the way, and we had a better understanding of the local attractions. We also paid special attention to the location and time of lunch and toilets. More importantly, the tour guide's photography skills are super good. Professional and patient tour guide 👍 Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience 😊

The tour was absolutely amazing! I got to visit so many incredible places, including Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon, which were truly breathtaking. One of the highlights of the tour was our guide, Chris — he was fantastic! He explained each tourist spot in great detail, making the experience even more enriching. Chris also thoughtfully provided cleats, which made walking on the snow much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I had an incredible time, and I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable experience!

This was our first trip to Banff and we’re extremely thrilled with the trip. The driver and the tour guide, William was really friendly and chilled. William has many hiden spot to share so it make our photo collections more even awesome. We love for being back again to Calgary for having another adventures.

Booked 2 Banff trips with Klook and so far,the price value with the experience is great ! My first solo trip ever as a female,the trip was good ! Had a cloudy day for the first tour but it is still so beautiful as how it is. The second tour was sunny and so glad for it ! I like how the total of people who is going on both trips are not as much so it’s less people,more intimate in a van 🚐 driver//tourguide is friendly,tho second tourguide on the second tour is a bit late while picking up after lunchtime but still got time to do everything that’s on the itinerary ! Saw a canada jay before taking our gondola,which was very lucky. And such a pretty sunset when we’re in surprise corner !

The most cost-effective tour! There were only 14 members on the day, and the leader Kan Ma was from Hong Kong. He could broadcast in three languages throughout the tour, so he was not afraid of not understanding even with the elderly. Because I live in Banff, I will leave the hotel at 11:20. Special attention is that there are only fixed hotels to choose from on Klook, but the tour leader will actually WhatsApp you the day before, and you can tell him where the pick up and drop off are. Different pick ups and drop offs are also OK, such as adding Calgary pick up and Banff drop off. The snowcoach of this group is an additional purchase, but it cannot be added here on Klook. I found the service provider on the order and added it. The official website says that it needs to be booked 14 days in advance. I guess they are afraid that there will be no seats. Whatever service provider is also a pursuit ticket, because the tour leader controls the time on the day, it is not easy to book by yourself, and the price of the service provider is a little cheaper. We were on the 16:45 snowcoach. We went to see Bow Lake first. Originally, this tour did not include the skywalk (time did not allow, the ticket for pursuit included the skywalk), but after the shuttle, the snowcoach took us to the skywalk automatically. What a surprise! Later, I asked the tour leader. The arrangement of pursuit was originally chaotic, and sometimes it would be like this. It was just a pity that the tour leader waited for us for almost an hour. In the end, we returned to Banff at 22:00. If it was Calgary, it would probably cost 0000…..

Great tour and tour guide. William was great at keeping the tour engaged and also had some snacks and water for us to enjoy. He also helped us take some pictures as well! He was very mindful of washroom breaks for some of the group that needed it. Although there were quite a few engine issues with the bus and it did delay us quite a bit (might be a one off), William did what he could to bring us to as many spots as he could and keep us in the loop with what was going on. As I am a bit younger, I tried to power walk through the sights so I can see more, but not everyone is capable of that though so understandably some people’s time got cut short. Don’t think the mechanical issue was something that he could control on his own, so my review is strictly based on the experience of everything unrelated to the bus issues. Things like these help add on to the adventure right? ;) Would recommend!

This was my second time with them, this time exploring Banff in Summer. The itinerary was relaxing while making sure we didn’t miss a spot. Moraine Lake was stunning, and Lake Louise never disappoints. Special shoutout to our guide Angel, thanks for everything. I look forward to join them again in Autumn.

The original itinerary was Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, but after placing the order, three more itineraries were added. Since we had already been there, we couldn’t fully appreciate Moraine Lake and Lake Louise in 1 hour.
