Moose Hotel in Banff was overall a very nice experience and the property itself is great. However, our experience with one of the front desk reception staff could definitely be improved. One lady at the reception was quite disrespectful and had a rude tone when speaking to guests. It felt unnecessary, especially since we were only standing near the entrance where the door was open. A little more courtesy and professionalism from reception staff would make the experience much better

We had a amazing experience on the Best of Banff National Park tour with Angel as our guide. Angel was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire day. He made everyone feel welcome, shared interesting information about the area, and ensured the tour ran smoothly.
The tour itself was excellent value for money. Compared to many similar tours, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful locations we visited and the quality of the experience. Everything was well organized, and we never felt rushed.
Thank you, Angel, for making our Banff trip so memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area! 😊🏔️✨

For the price I paid, it’s an excellent experience! The tour guide, Andrew, is really insightful and kind. Every stop has bathroom breaks and all the places we visited are really nice. I will definitely come back in the summer to do another tour!

The tour guide, Kenneth, was friendly and caring. He walked up to the Peyto Lake view point with us. He could have taken a break at each stop. He even drove back and turned his van around because we spotted bears in the wood along the highway.

The tour leader was very kind, humorous, and proficient in both Chinese and English. Their professional knowledge was very rich; they could even explain in detail why the lakes in the Rocky Mountains are particularly blue. Thanks again for the itinerary arrangement - it was very enjoyable!

We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour! Everything was incredibly well-organized right from the start. A special and huge shoutout to our driver and guide, Kulinder. He was fantastic—extremely professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. He took great care of us throughout the entire trip and made sure we had a smooth, safe, and comfortable journey. His great energy really made our day. I highly recommend this tour to anyone, and if you get Kulinder as your guide, you’re in for an amazing experience! 10/10!

The evening before, I received a notification that the tour was canceled due to insufficient participants. I noticed the email around 8 PM. There was an alternative tour offered for Lake Louise and Johnston Canyon at the same price, but when I replied that I wanted to visit Peyto Lake, they said I could go there if I switched to a full-day tour, but then I wouldn't be able to visit Lake Louise. In the end, changing to the full-day tour was the right decision. I was also able to visit the Columbia Icefield, Athabasca Falls, and Sunwapta Falls further beyond. Tips are cash.
