Great
Location was great. Parking was nice. Easy walk to everything. Facility is in need of a refresh. Carpets in our room were torn and room was just tired. Courtyard with sauna and hot tub was nice to have. Included breakfast was great and coffee shop in lobby was a bonus.

Joel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and very friendly upon check in. The place was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location and offered a delicious (and free) breakfast. It was easy to get to with free parking. I would definitely stay there again.

The Banff Aspen Lodge is well located, extremely clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 3 day-stay and the excellent breakfast! I would stay in this lodge again if I visit Banff.
