They gave us a glass bottle of water and we could refill it at the designated water station. I was happy that they stopped providing plastic bottles — a great step toward sustainability!

Our guide, [Leoni], was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, which made all the difference. They helped us customize the itinerary to our liking and he is patient with our questions. The pre-trip planning and communication were smooth and efficient. We appreciated the mix of planned activities and free time. The itinerary included a diverse range of sights, from historical places to local sweets products. Yes, we would highly recommend this city tour, ( Private Tour PIK ) especially for first-time visitors. The overall experience was excellent," according to plan.

The front desk staff were friendly and professional. There were a few small hiccups during check-in, but they handled them quickly and efficiently. The lounge service really stood out, I was genuinely surprised by how attentive and warm the staff were. Drinks and coffee were excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it a nice place to unwind after meetings. Housekeeping was consistent, prompt, and kept everything spotless throughout my stay. While the hotel isn’t new, everything is well-maintained and in great working condition. The price point is also very reasonable considering the level of service and room quality. The only downside is the location, even though it’s in Menteng and close to Thamrin with no heavy traffic along the stretch of road, there isn’t much within walking distance. You’ll likely need to take a car to get around. That said, malls and restaurants are still fairly close by, so it wasn’t a big issue.

My tour guide's name was Aisyah, a young Muslim woman. She spoke English a bit fast for me, but I gradually got used to it after a while. The highlight of the trip was the Istiqlal Mosque (Masjid Istiqlal), there were many scenic spots to photograph. The other attractions were more of a quick visit, just taking pictures from the outside. During the night market tour, we ate two kinds of satay and also drank Turkish coffee. Remember to bring your own water!

Sure! Here’s a polished and more polished version of your text: --- Our tour took place on the last day of our vacation, right after we enjoyed an amazing Foo Fighters concert — definitely a highlight of our trip! We booked this tour because I’m interested in learning about the history of Indonesia and its people. Our guide, Sheria, was incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed. She speaks excellent English and is a local Indonesian, which made the experience even more authentic. During the tour, we visited East Indonesia, the National Monument, a batik shop, a mosque, and a church. I’m truly grateful that I chose Sheria as our guide and Ben as our driver — both were very kind and attentive throughout the day. Looking forward to our next adventure! --- Would you like me to make it more formal or casual?
