Our guide, Harry, was the best! ✨✨ We had to change our tour schedule due to bad weather, but he supported us from early in the morning and his sincere response was a great help. The tour schedule was also perfect. He always had a smile on his face and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. I would like to request Harry as my guide again next time I come. It was a fun and fulfilling trip. Thank you!

This price for visiting three waterfalls, a coffee plantation, and Uluwatu Temple with tickets included is a great deal! Our guide offered to take lots of pictures and did a great job! The tour was only available in English or Indonesian, but if you know basic English, it's not a problem. The waterfalls have steep elevation changes and many stairs, so it was a bit challenging, but it was a uniquely enriching experience amidst lush nature, unlike anything you can find in Japan. If you're planning to enter the waterfalls, be prepared to get quite wet, so make sure to bring a swimsuit or change of clothes. Also, be prepared to wait in line. At the temple, there are many monkeys that are constantly trying to snatch people's belongings, so be careful with your glasses, hats, and bags. I actually saw a few people get things stolen. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience! Awesome!

A young, English-speaking guide and driver picked me up bright and early in front of my accommodation in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. I was so grateful and comfortable because he listened attentively and tried hard to understand my broken English. I'm not usually the type to be impressed by waterfalls, but Kantolampo Waterfall in the jungle was truly amazing. As a Gen Z guide, he took great photos and even added camera movement effects when recording videos! He was really kind and fun. I chose this tour specifically for the Penglipuran Village, and it was a great value for money, especially for solo travelers, as all entrance fees were included, making it quite affordable. When traveling alone, the guide is particularly important, and the guide who accompanied me today felt like a local friend. He taught me a lot about Indonesia and Bali, and made me feel even more positive about them. I hope to see him again next time.

I have to say - This tour was great. From pick up to drop off every person we met was fantastic. Our driver was an incredible guy who showed us the back roads to the meeting point. A big special shout out to Tony, our guide, who really made the hike special. He was so funny and kept pace with us up the mountain (we were determined to make it to the top first). He took amazing photos for us and overall just made something like climbing a mountain feel easy. Many of the guides speak little English so you’ll need to make the experience your own and just roll with the guides as you go. My partner and I went planning a climb but the company went out of their way to provide us jackets from some of their local friends, which was an incredible touch. we can’t say anything but positive things and highly recommend. It’s a tough climb though so be warned!

I can honestly say that Jay was the best tour guide I have ever traveled with. His passion for sharing his country, city, culture, and heritage with us was superlative. Every detail was perfect from start to finish. Whether it's a rare sightseeing location, an interaction with local culture, or a unique approach to a common activity, emphasize what makes us experience different. Jay very professional tour which exceeded our expectations. Jay also very good in capturing of our moments, in love with all the photos taken by him. We could not have asked more from a tour guide. Jay was simply amazing. Feel very lucky to have had him as our guide.
