The booking details on Klook are quite inaccurate. It indicated that only breakfast would be provided but I got a kaiseki dinner and a traditional Japanese breakfast with buffet items. It was quite worth the price based on what I paid. View was great too!

The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Both breakfast and dinner were great, served in multiple small courses that added up to a satisfying meal. The room was also very spacious, with a private onsen and complimentary snacks and drinks.

Noboribetsu can be a bit dull in March due to the melting snow, but thankfully, this hotel offers unlimited hot spring baths, and I probably used them about three times a day!

Love the onsen was big and sulphur was very good for the skin, can feel its smoothen after the dip. Room was spacious but pricey. Breadfast spread good but normal. Will stay here again in future.

The hotel offers incredible value for money. First, the rooms are very spacious and new, and guests can also use the hot springs at the hotel across the street. Most importantly, the room rates are affordable. Highly recommended!

Lovely Ryokan, with nice staff that do everything possible to communicate with you as good as possible being a non-japanese person. Amazing food, book dinner and breakfast if you stay here for the full experience!
