Great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Penang! Friendly staff, comfortable room, good facilities, and a pleasant overall experience. Everything was well maintained, and I enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast: 9/10 - Many choices, mostly suited my family's taste. Hotel location: 10/10 - Loved the privacy, we played jet ski in the afternoon, and the kids were happy. The beach wasn't crowded with other people. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Clean, fragrant, loved the smell in the room. Service: 9/10 - Even though we checked in late because there were too many people and the room wasn't ready yet, the staff was very helpful.
