overall stay was good. didn’t quite like the variety of the buffet breakfast. my washroom basin had a moldy stench, possibly from the pipes (room 215, May 27,2026) but cos it’s just for a night, I didn’t ask for a room change. we love that our beds were 2 singles but then joined together so it’s bigger than a king bed. staff are polite and friendly. I love the pool facilities but I wish there was more shade somehow. splash pad was nice but the kids didn’t like how the rough grounds felt on their tiny soft feet. beach was nice too but I wouldn’t swim in it because it’s not clear kind of water.

Hotel ambience & amenities were truly top notch and made our stay feel relaxing and memorable. However, the check-in process was quite slow. Prior to arrival, I had emailed regarding my room request for a garden access room as this was our celebration staycation, and the team did reply mentioning a cake arrangement too. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the arrangements discussed earlier were not there 🥲 The playroom helpers were incredibly attentive and caring towards my son. Huge kudos to Aunt Bella, Mariam, Zubaidah & Norliza for making Noah’s experience extra special — he truly enjoyed every activity provided and already wants to come back again with his little brother 🤍 Special thanks too to the friendly chef/kitchen crew we met at the lobby for recommending dinner spots to my father-in-law, as well as the pool and in-room service team for the warm hospitality. My son absolutely loved the reptile show too!
