I was completely satisfied. It's very close to Sannomiya Station, the staff are friendly, and there's a self-service kiosk for check-in/check-out that supports Korean. The room was spacious, and they even offered luggage storage and extra towels, which was a thoughtful touch.

The location is convenient, very close to both JR and Hankyu stations. This time, I accidentally booked a smoking room. The hallway had a strong smell of smoke, but the room itself didn't smell much, and it was quite clean.

Booking tickets through Klook is very convenient. The venue is flat and suitable for beginners, and there are many Taiwanese people there. Renting gloves separately is extremely expensive; it's highly recommended to bring your own to save money.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Shin-Kobe Station with access to the Shinkansen and subway. There's a nearby ropeway, and you can buy and use LOOP bus tickets. It's also close to the zoo. However, if you book a single bed, it's truly a single bed; don't expect two adults and a small child to fit. It's not suitable for elementary school-aged children or older.

The arrangement was very good, with ample time allocated. The tour guide provided explanations. There weren't too many people this time, which was great. There was enough time at each attraction to walk around and see things.

We are very grateful for this package tour. The travel agency will arrange the transportation according to the number of people. This time we were a group of 7, and the travel agency arranged a comfortable 9-seater to take us to Mount Rokko. The tour guide led us to pick up tickets and equipment, and after explaining all the precautions, we were free to explore until 4:00 PM when we gathered back at the parking lot.

Initially, we were worried the kids wouldn't ski, but the travel agency thoughtfully offered an option to just take the bus together. Then, we rented the necessary equipment after arriving at Mount Rokko.
