Great location and service, but rooms could use a refresh
Stayed at Novotel Siam Square for [insert number of nights], and overall, it was a great experience — mainly due to the unbeatable location. It’s right in the heart of Siam, just a short walk to Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and the BTS station, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around Bangkok.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Pleasant stay. Good locations and near Mrt. Counter staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was good, gym and swimming pool available. Price abit high. We enjoyed our stay.

"Well-located hotel, conveniently close to public transport, eateries, shopping centers, and local markets — all in a safe and accessible area. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler looking to enjoy the vibrant energy of Bangkok while experiencing the calm, warmth, and kindness of the hotel staff. Amazing view from our room on the 17th floor, the pool area was beautiful and well kept and maintained property. Klook voucher and booking was extremely easy to book and use highly recommend.

Very well managed hotel. The room is clean, bed is comfy. Location is very near to pratunam market and platinum mall, thanks to the 24hrs hotel buggy service. They can also pick us at the drop off point anytime just by a phone call away. Free popcorn & ice cream at lobby, free 15minutes massage every Tue/Fri, and also free photo session of Thailand costumes are very thoughtful services. Breakfast quite OK. Will consider this hotel again for my future Bangkok visit.
