airport pick up and drop off service offered by the hotel has top notch service, especially airport drop off. they will assist you until check in.

great overall experience from the hotel staff. from the greetings in the entrance until check out they were very nice and polite.

they have free tuktuk hourly service and free boat to iconsiam every 30 mins. there are also boat service to other locations, you just need to talk to the captain for schedule.

While the facilities are a bit dated, it's recommendable in every other aspect. The breakfast is excellent, and the views, transportation, and location are great (using Grab). Especially convenient was the hotel-airport drop-off service (paid/low cost).

great stay. delicious breakfast. staff were top notch! the pool was also great. there is a quiet pool where kids aren't allowed and allows you to relax quietly.
