Hotels near Shinagawa Station

Our stay at this Shinagawa tower hotel was a fantastic experience, especially traveling with my 11-year-old son! The hotel itself is almost like an entertainment hub—it was so cool having a full bowling alley and an aqua center right on-site, which kept my son completely entertained. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. However, a quick tip for future travelers: make sure to get there early because the dining area can get quite hectic during peak morning hours. We also loved having a 7-Eleven downstairs right in the building. It was incredibly convenient for grabbing random snacks, drinks, and quick treats at any time of the day. Another huge plus for families is the large coin laundry facility on the premises, which made managing our clothes halfway through the trip effortless. Despite the layout being a bit confusing at first for airport pickups, the excellent amenities, convenient shops, and great food made this a perfect base for our Tokyo adventures!

We stayed in a twin room, and both the hotel and the room were very clean. Despite the limited space, the room was fully equipped with amenities (including a desk, a two-seater sofa, and a kettle). The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 1-2 minute walk to Takaracho and Kyobashi stations, and a taxi ride to Tokyo Station costs only 700 yen. I chose a 28-square-meter room, which allowed me to open 2-3 suitcases. This will be my top choice for my next visit to Tokyo!

1. Convenient transportation: Within a 3-8 minute walk, you can reach the Hibiya Line, Ginza Line, Asakusa Line, and Marunouchi Line. 2. Excellent location: There's almost always a train available to take you wherever you want to go (also very convenient for shopping). 3. The room has a microwave and a washing machine, with detailed SOP instructions for using the washing machine; the TV is a smart TV, so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etc. 4. You can open two 29-inch suitcases halfway in the room without affecting storage space.

The hotel is very conveniently located for exploring Tokyo, with several key transportation lines nearby. The area is clean and quiet. All double rooms face the railway, but we found that it doesn't disturb sleep at night. The air conditioning cools effectively at -1.5°C. The washing machine with a dryer function barely wrinkles clothes. The free coffee from the machine downstairs is genuinely good; I recommend it. Breakfasts are standard, but we couldn't find alternatives nearby, so we bought ready-made food at the closest Maruetsu Petit. The staff is attentive, and the hotel and rooms are clean.

Couldn't ask for a better hotel - value for money, utilities, scrumptious breakfast (lots of variety for vegetarians as well), efficient check-in / check-out, courteous staff and cleaning crew, insane choices in toiletries (I wonder which person can use all the variety if the stay is 3-4 days) and cozy / comfortable beds.

Excellent Overall. Amazing view from the 19th floor. The Room was very clean and spacious. Fridge and Microwave in the room. Feet Massage machine was unexpected but nice after walking all day. Great amenities and services from the staff.

so happy i went with this capsule hotel. it goes beyond my standards for what i paid. it was very cheap so i expected for it to be unclean and all but it was the opposite. it smells good and even the comfort rooms are always clean, capsules are cleaned regularly, pyjamas and bath towels and slippers are changed everyday. exceeded my expectations! plus the staff are really nice!

Every day in Tokyo felt like staying in a birdcage hotel, but it was great that I could fully open my large suitcase. The hotel is very well-maintained and offers many amenities. This time, I stayed in Shimbashi, which has very convenient transportation and excellent surrounding facilities.
