I easily exchanged the barcode for a ticket at the counter and used it. Due to strong winds, the gondola wasn't operating, so I couldn't go up to the summit, but I still enjoyed the fresh powder from the heavy snowfall. It was a memorable ski trip.

The weather was great today, so I was able to ride the gondola, which I couldn't do yesterday due to strong winds! Kiroro is truly Kiroro! I'll definitely be back next year.

We took a half-day snowboarding lesson at Sapporo Kokusai Ski Resort, and our instructor, Shishi, was truly excellent. She was attentive and patient, clearly pointing out issues we had been trying to improve but couldn't quite grasp. The entire lesson had a comfortable pace, and her guidance was precise, allowing us to make significant progress and snowboard with much more confidence. We highly recommend Shishi!

I hadn't purchased tickets in advance due to the weather, but then I found out about Klook's 6-hour pass the day before and bought it. I received a QR code and exchanged it for a lift ticket at the information desk. It was interesting that our names were printed on the one-day lift tickets. If you don't have a lift ticket, you'll need to pay an additional 500 yen deposit per person to get one, which you can get back later. We just kept ours as a souvenir. The official website's 4-hour pass is 7,030 yen for adults and 3,705 yen for children after a 5% discount, but I think I got the 6-hour pass on Klook for a bit cheaper. We had a great time riding for the full 6 hours before heading back.

Tour Guide: Coach Amiao teaches very diligently and has helped us improve a lot. He even records videos to show us where we're having problems while skiing, and then guides us. If you can request a specific coach, please choose Coach Amiao.

The day ran smoothly and followed the itinerary well. I am an absolute beginner and never snowboarded in my life, and not confident or physically skilled. In the afternoon I managed to take the cable car up and snowboard down the slope, thanks to the morning instruction. The hired gear fit perfectly even though I am quite petite, and was in excellent condition. Highly recommended experience. I would have snowboarded again another day but I was too sore

The experience was fantastic! Coaches Mio and Aira taught very thoroughly, allowing us to quickly grasp the techniques, and we also had sufficient rest time. When skiing down the mountain, both coaches provided detailed instruction and protection 👍🏻. The ski equipment and overall environment arrangements were also excellent.

5 star coach Xun Xun patiently assisting us from beginning minor slope until we went up top of hill together. Number 6 ski rental area was superb, unlike other which is super crowd. Food was good as well with cozy and comfy place.
