Fantastic 5.0
The activity itinerary's arrangements, timing, and price were very suitable. This 2-day, 1-night trip not only provided a great experience, but the accommodations and meals were also very satisfying. Although it was a group tour, there was plenty of free time. My impressions after participating in this trip were even better than I originally expected! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see Niagara Falls but has no idea how to plan their trip. It's even suitable for solo travelers, and you definitely won't regret it. Finally, I must say that the tour guide, Chris, was super professional. He provided clear and detailed explanations in both Chinese and English throughout the entire trip. His knowledge was extensive, and he was patient, allowing someone like me, who was completely unfamiliar with Niagara Falls, to better understand its background and history, rather than just seeing the waterfall itself. Whether a guest's native language is Chinese or English, they will still have a great tour experience.

Great 4.0
I chose to rent a bike in Central Park during my trip to New York this time, and the overall experience was very good. The rental process was simple, and you can quickly pick up the bike by making a reservation online or showing your ID on-site. The staff were friendly and would also remind you of the riding directions and route precautions in the park, which is very thoughtful for first-timers. The quality of the bicycle was also much better than I expected. The bike was clean, and the gears and brakes were smooth. There was no feeling of being stuck or unstable when riding. The roads in the park are wide and comfortable to ride on. Exercising and admiring the scenery at the same time allows you to reach different attractions faster than walking. I suggest you avoid peak hours (2–4 PM) when there are fewer people, making it more comfortable to ride. If it's your first time visiting Central Park, I highly recommend renting a bike. It saves time and allows you to see more places, making it a worthwhile experience.

Fantastic 5.0
literally the coolest observation deck of all the ones i've visited. + most of it is indoors, except for the path to the exit. which was perfect for taking pics in winter in a controlled climate environment. also, it literally makes for the most insane pics and videos.

The weather was nice on the day I visited, and the view was beautiful. The staff at the Empire State Building were very kind. I was able to take lots of photos, buy souvenirs, and spend a wonderful time there. My first trip to New York became even more enjoyable! Thank you very much.

Fantastic 5.0
i had to reschedule things a few times, and though i couldn't do it through here, the companies in charge of each experience were honestly very accommodating and honored our tix or sent new ones, due to klook not being their platform. having to select 6 experiences within the 3 weeks i was in new york kept me accountable and made sure that i would try to do as much as possible. i recommend not getting the 5 or 6 experience pass if you're here for a week or less. anything longer, if you don't have much planned, is doable. passes are all valid so don't even worry about the legitimacy of this!

Fantastic 5.0
ease of booking on Klook: very easy to book on Klook, and when you book doesn't mean you need to go on that date, the voucher is valid for at least a few months from when you book it facilities: in a city like NYC where decent restrooms are scarce if you're not eating in formal restaurants, there are restrooms here on the first floor! experience: lots to see, do budget at least 3 hours to walk through all the floors

Absolutely loved how hassle free this tour was. We booked the morning of the tour, and were on a time crunch as we were leaving NYC on the same day. Seeing NYC from the Hudson is a must do, and this tour encapsulates all the must-see spots perfectly, without taking up too much of your time! The guide was also amazing ❤️ Perfect for groups or solo travellers!

Fantastic 5.0
We took the whole family to see Aladdin on Broadway this week, and it was the absolute highlight of our New York City trip! From the second the curtain went up, we were transported into a world of vibrant colors, incredible energy, and pure Disney magic. The production value is off the charts. The 'A Whole New World' magic carpet scene left the kids (and us!) wondering exactly how they made it fly—it was breathtaking. The costumes are stunning, and the choreography is so high-energy that the time just flew by. A special shout-out to The Genie—he absolutely stole the show! His performance during 'Friend Like Me' was a masterclass in comedy and showmanship, earning a well-deserved standing ovation mid-act. The New Amsterdam Theatre itself is also a gem—beautifully restored and very accommodating for families. If you’re looking for a show that will keep the kids mesmerized and leave the adults with a massive smile on their faces, this is it. A must-see NYC experience!" thank you KLOOK!!!
