The room was very spacious, and the accommodation was peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was a bit narrow and not an infinity pool. The service was good.

Very nicely located. This is our fourth visit. We will always come back. The room is spacious and clean with a great breakfast and great facilities, and highly hospitable staff.

This is a quiet hotel, perfect for relaxation. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the location is convenient for getting around. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options.

I understand the owner is trying their best, but it's not quite there yet. The location is good, right on Thana Rat Road at the entrance to Khao Yai. The swimming pool is quite small, not suitable for the number of rooms. The rooms are large and have a good concept, but I'd give the comfort level a 0. The door lock doesn't feel very secure, and the key card system is very outdated. The lighting in the room is too dim. The bathroom door faces the bed, so at night, when someone uses the bathroom, both people wake up. The sink is also right by the head of the bed, and it's noisy when you wash your hands. The bed is soft and saggy, not good quality. Don't even get me started on the pillows; they're too high and uncomfortable to sleep on. The floor was sticky, so I'm deducting another star.

Cleanliness: In room 304, the sofa seat had stains, the wine glass was not clear, and there was lizard droppings on the balcony door frame. There were 4 flies in the room. The room is quite spacious, the amenities are good, the view is great, and the service is good. However, it would be much, much better if the cleanliness could be improved.

This was my first time visiting Khao Yai, and it truly is a getaway paradise. This hotel feels like a hidden gem; the rooms are a bit older, but the environment and service are exceptionally good. The room overlooks the pool with a small bar next to it, and sitting there looking out at the golf course is so relaxing. Highly recommended.
