Things to do in Kaikoura

we managed to see 4-5 whales so that’s really good. however, if you are prone to sea sickness - I wouldn’t recommend as sea can be quite rough

highly recommended!!!! the coach was very friendly and caring, also suitable for first-time player!!

the 2 guides were chatty and friendly. we had a great time there. do note that there were some steep paths to walk so do bring water and wear proper hiking shoes.

What an awesome experience, way more than we bargained for. Our guide Natalie was awesome, keeping us informed and entertained throughout. Seeing the seals (there would have been more than a 100) in their natural setting of rugged coast was such a treat. We also had other highlights such as the short walk through the native Otari Wilton , the spectacular scenery (we could even see the South Island). Thanks this was a most memorable experience.
