This was a 100-minute session where I learned Muay Thai and had so much fun. I was alone and not in great shape, but I still enjoyed the workout. It felt like a great stress reliever!

I had a wonderful experience, everyone was very nice the facility was clean, I accidentally kicked my instructor🫠 but he was a very good sport about it, I always felt safe. i paid for the retal glove but they did have some for sale if your wanting a souvenir from the class and we took pictures. i had alot of fun this is something I would definitely do again.

Best view to train at! Friendly instructors with basic english knowledge good enough to understand for beginners. Not crowded for a weekday afternoon. Will recommend for anyone who is up for trying out, even during holidays!
