The vehicle arrived exactly on schedule, and the driver was very accommodating, even waiting for us for 15 minutes. The driver will provide their new license plate number and a photo of the car, as the vehicle may differ from the morning transfer. The entire transfer process is easy.

We had different drivers per way, but both were excellent navigators. Both arrived on time. Drop ofr/pick up location in Hoi An was near the old town. We booked just the night before, but we had no problems ensuring a driver would be assigned to us. This is a perfect way to explore Hoi An on your own. For our ride back to Danang, our group finished early, and we were able to text the driver to come pick us up earlier than the planned time. All in all, this was an excellent choice.

It was a memorable journey for me. The train left on time and provided us with a scenic view of the ocean and the mountains. We were blessed with good weather so we could enjoy the ocean view along the Hai Van pass to our hearts content. What was more exciting was the food and entertainment on the train. I couldn't help smiling all through the journey. It seems like most tourists come till Lang Co bay only for the sake of the Hai Van pass view as most of them go off at the station there and the train became almost empty. The train stops there for about 10-15 minutes allowing you to get out and take in the view. After that, you get to enjoy the mountains and the town views. The train arrived in Hue ahead of the schedule which was nice. Overall, it was a wonderful trip.

This trip included two car charters. This time, the charter included a driver and a translator. At first, I was worried that my luggage wouldn't fit because it was a morning charter for checkout and then an afternoon trip to the airport. But in the end, everything fit. The translator's name was Yan'er (Team Tung). She completely exceeded the scope of her work; it was like having an extra tour guide. She explained the route to us, made some suggestions, and even helped us get seated at a coffee shop in her capacity as a guide. She even offered to take us around, but I felt bad and declined. This left a very good impression at the end of our trip. I also recommend a half-day charter tour on the last day and then going to the airport. It's nice to be able to see more for half a day.

driver was polite and on time. the car ride was comfortable too. the entire journey took around 3.5h as there were other people to pick up too. had a great time in both hoi an and hue!

It's best to arrive at the pick-up point one hour in advance when traveling from Hanoi to Hue, because it takes another half hour by minibus to the boarding point outside the city. You'll probably arrive in Hue around 6:00 AM. The ride was fairly smooth; at least I didn't wake up much. After booking the tickets, the pick-up point emailed me saying I booked a double berth, but Klook only showed upper and lower single cabins. In the end, we couldn't figure out who made the mistake. However, the sleeper berth on the bus was quite spacious for one person, but a bit cramped for two people in my spot. So, it's best to book tickets at the pick-up point.

I'm using this service because I have a trip to Hue. The car is comfortable, the driver is friendly, and it's a great mode of transportation. However, I've noticed that Vietnamese people often get picked up along the way instead of at the designated location. My accommodation is also right along the route, but it's a bit inconvenient that I have to go to the designated pick-up point because there's no way to contact the driver beforehand. It would be great if the app voucher included the driver's information so that arrangements could be made in advance. Other than that, everything is excellent.

A good choice for tour transportation around HUE CITY , VIETNAM. Our driver(Adam)arrived at our Hotel early to pick us up, the car is clean and new. Our driver also prepared complimentary water and candies, we went to the spots that we picked from klook and have a hassle free tour.

We had a 4 berth sleeping car, but were the only two people in it. Chris was our attendant. He got us settled in our room. he gave me his What’s App# and told me to message him if we needed anything. he brought us tea in the evening and again the morning. the beds are very firm. They had a variety of free snacks in our room. The train was on time. Well done!
