This hotel is a great place to stay. We spent 1 night here. We have an afternoon flight to Fukuoka. We were able to use the onsen spa before check out. It was a wonderful experience. It’s nice that the hotel is part of the airport terminal 3 and there is access to all the shops. Would definitely stay here again. Also all the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a decent hotel, small but functional because you have everything that you need. Room for improvement is their wifi, it has a nad signal and you can’t even do much with it. Location wise, near eki and walking distance to Sensoji and Asakusa shopping spots.

The hotel was right bt the station and has direct link to Narita airport making it easily accessible and also near a convenience store. The staff was very accomodating and helpful, you can request everything from them in the lobby. If you are early or late you can also leave your luggage with them. The room was also clean

The hotel is very accessible to train and konbini. It was also very near to Sensoji Temple. Me and my friends had fun staying at Hop Inn, the free coffee at the reception is a must try. Overall, I will definitely book here again.

We stayed here for 4 nights and hands down it is the best hotel I've stayed in during my travels overseas. They provide room refresh everyday and you may get your bathroom necessities from the lobby anytime. I've also gotten the chance to try their onsen and it's complete with amenities & relaxing. They also provide free coffee and ice at the 2nd floor lobby for all their guests. The outdoor terrace was also a plus where we had the chance to eat our breakfast before we left the hotel. A about 3 mins walk to the subway station and 2 mins walk to a Family Mart. An Anytime Fitness gym is also present in front of the hotel. 100% will come back to this hotel

This is the best option if it's your first time in Tokyo. It's an excellent hotel, and the entire Gracery hotel chain in Japan is very good. The hotel is very comfortable, very entertaining due to the Godzilla theme, very beautiful, and in excellent condition. It's the best for strategically touring Tokyo.
