easy to enter the skiing area for sight viewing. just go to direct to the cashier and show the voucher and you will get the pass. need to deposit 1000 yen per person. tips: dont forget to get the free lunch at the counter.

redemption of tickets and gear was fuss free and staff were very nice. ski resort was relatively not crowded.

We were so lucky to have Feng Liang, a Chinese instructor from Taiwan, who took us on different cable car routes, encouraged us to try different slopes, and helped us successfully learn to turn smoothly this time. We are also very grateful to the instructor for taking many photos and videos for us, leaving us with many memories of this skiing trip. We are really very happy!

my instructor Jake was amazing. He spent the day helping me develop my skiing and gave very helpful advice. we chatted all day and got along well. the over the waist powder skiing was the best of my life and im thankful he was there to assist me navigate it.

It was my first time snowboarding. and I LOVE IT. I must say it is hard but the view is breathtaking. our tour guid Shawn is awesome. he did a great job. I was a bitscar d to go and to the slope but I did it and I have zero regrets. if you love anything thrilling activities you must try.

The instructor is very professional and patience. It helps a lot he keep asking me to relax all the time. it is a 1 to 1 class so I think it can helps to learn faster. I’m a first timer but I can manage to take the chairlift after an hour of the class.

My son had a private lesson with instructor Ives yesterday, and both my husband and I felt completely comfortable leaving our 15-year-old with him for six hours (with a one-hour lunch break). Ives is a kind, easygoing coach, and I have to say he is incredibly patient. He did an amazing job teaching my son the techniques step by step, and we were genuinely surprised that by the end of the lesson, he was able to ski down a steep green run confidently. I never imagined the skiing experience would be so wonderful. The tour was incredibly well-organized, the equipment provided was in impeccable condition, and the transportation was on schedule. Highly recommend taking this tour.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my 14-day Japan Rail Pass via Klook. I booked it on 01/27/26, and was pleasantly surprised when the voucher arrived in Manila, Philippines just two days later on 01/29/26. The delivery was quick and hassle-free, which made preparing for my trip even more exciting.
When I arrived in Japan, I exchanged the voucher at the JR Office next to Kansai Airport and the process was very smooth and efficient. I was able to activate and start using my pass right away on 02/14/26, the day I arrived.
I truly maximized the pass by traveling mostly on Shinkansen and JR trains—from Kagoshima in the south all the way to Wakkanai in Hokkaido, the northernmost station served by JR. I visited many prefectures and experienced Japan’s incredible railway network to the fullest.
As someone fascinated with trains, this journey was pure happiness. This is already my 3rd time using the 14-day JR Pass, and I will definitely buy one again on my future visits to Japan. 🚄✨🎌💛🚉💯
