We had a wonderful day visiting Wuzhen thanks to our local guide, Ms Sun. From the moment we arrived, she shared fascinating stories about the town’s rich history, culture, and traditions, making every corner come alive. Her warm personality, patience, and attention to detail ensured that our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. She was always happy to answer questions and recommended excellent spots for photos and local delicacies. Wuzhen is beautiful on its own, but her knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience truly special. Thank you for your professionalism and hospitality—we highly recommend her to anyone visiting Wuzhen.

We’re group of Malaysian, opted to join Chinese group. Our guide Ms Xiao Zhu was very attentive and friendly to us due to language barrier. She made sure we get all the information needed and made sure we are all welcomed into the group. Chill itinerary yet very informative and punctual. We’re given times to explore on our own and shopping too. The explanation is very clear even using the audio translator through our phone. Highly recommend this package for local people and those from non Chinese speaking region, it’s an experience. It’s up to u to enjoy it. Big thanks from us. 🫶🏻

The west lake is attractive and immersive! I will come again if I’m at hangzhou. Overall, great experience.

This tour was good and organised. The tour was conducted in Chinese and the guide explained very well. She was helpful and knowledgeable. the guide will contact you in advance to advice you where to meet. as we want to have a glimpse of Hangzhou, we join this tour as half day trip as we travelled from Shanghai to Hangzhou. Timing is doable.

I felt the time spent at West Lake was a bit short; after all, trying to complete the entire itinerary in one day inevitably felt a little rushed. Overall, the transportation and tour guide services were very well executed, and I highly recommend this tour for those planning a one-day trip.

Our tour guide, Xiao Shu, provided detailed explanations and the itinerary was well-arranged. Today's trip unfortunately coincided with rain, making it inconvenient to walk with an umbrella and difficult to take many beautiful photos. Feilai Peak was stunning, and I tried some Hangzhou cuisine, though it was quite ordinary. I bought Longjing tea and some pastries. The fog was too thick to fully appreciate the beauty of West Lake, which I suppose is like the misty rain of Jiangnan described in the lyrics of "Blue and White Porcelain."

The tour guide didn't seem to have a very good grasp of the group, possibly due to some individuals being difficult to manage, which led to people being late or getting off the bus and immediately getting lost. Personally, I think Wuzhen's West Scenic Zone is truly beautiful at night. During the day, it might be better to find a shop, sit down, and wait for nightfall. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.

The itinerary was very comfortable, and there was good communication beforehand, with a guide matched to our needs. The guide was very thoughtful and enthusiastic in explaining many things to us. Overall, the itinerary was arranged very smoothly. The only thing was that the sun was a bit strong and it was a little hot and stuffy.😅
