Our tour leader, Joy Park, was punctual and dedicated. She handled all the big and small matters of the entire itinerary with care and patience. She also drives very well and her Chinese is excellent. I recommend this itinerary and highly recommend this tour leader!

We had an amazing experience during our Snowy Land Vivaldi Park tour! Everything was well-organized, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. Our tour guide, Branden, was very diligent, professional, and attentive to everyone in the group. He gave clear instructions, patiently assisted us, and made sure we were safe and comfortable in the snowy weather. Because of him, our winter adventure was fun and completely stress-free. Sherry was an amazing tour guide during our ski trip in Elysian! She was very attentive and patient with all our needs, especially as beginners. She made sure we were comfortable and always provided clear instructions, which really helped us feel confident and enjoy the experience. Highly recommended!

Highlight of our korea trip. Very exciting and fun trip. Stopped at eobi ice village to take some photos and sightseeing. Went to ski suit rental shop after, rented ski suit and helmets. Arrived at ski resort after. Even as a first timer, booked the lift option together with the basic lesson. Trainer kevin was amazing and helped very much as we were a small group of 3. He was also friendly and funny. 5 stars for him. Lift option was great choice because you can explore 2 more beginner slopes compared to the moving walk. Also taking the lift was very exciting. Pick up and drop off was very convenient at main areas in seoul city centre.

This tour was both fun and exciting! It was our first time trying skiing, and our tour guide, Jun, did his best to patiently teach us—though I guess we’re not all that sporty yet, haha! After the tour, he even recommended some of the best places to eat around the Myeongdong area, which we truly appreciated. Jun was also very easy to understand since he’s fluent in English, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My friend and I really enjoyed this ski trip. We are both first timers but our ski instructor, Ethan, was so patient with us and even let us choose our gear of choice. He made the ski trip enjoyable. He went above and beyond! Thanks, Ethan! Our guide, Alvin, was funny, lively and caring. This trip is worth every penny! Will definitely book again.

overall a fun experience for th whole family. the cycling part was pretty effortless as there were only maybe 2 gentle inclines. good to do once but doubt I’ll do again as it’s more for tourists and not for locals to exercise. 😂

it was such a very fun experience. i highly recommend this place as there’s a lot of things to do nearby. make sure to try cheese coin near the ticketing.

Had a really great cycle here. The ebike is very comfortable to sit on and drove smoothly. The shop is easily accessible and easy to find from bus or subway. The owner is very kind and speaks English. He biked with me to the entrance of the trail. It will be a comfortable adventure for all fitness levels. I recommend this as a fun way to see the Han River in person, there's a really good fitness community with wide paths separated for walkers and cyclists. Will be back! :)
