I wish a menu would have been provided ahead of time for guest to select. Also I wish we were able to take photo memories of us in the outdoor bath since everyone was wearing bathing suit.

For the price we paid, it was a great experience. Location is close to the station so it was convenient for traveler.

The hotel design is wonderful. The location is great, can walk to everywhere as the car parking is not at the hotel area. Public bath was great. This is the key why we came here but it will have an extra charge for everyone (onsen city charge). Only thing that I really not like is there is no food for the child. They provided only rice and soup for the child. (We booked and mentioned that have child, and with breakfast). The hotel staff is not good in English communication.

We enjoyed our stay at Onsen Hotel Konoha. The hotel offers a variety of onsens, including both shared and private options. A free shuttle bus from Karuizawa to the hotel is provided, which helped us save on transportation costs. The hotel also offers complimentary noodles, Yakult, ice cream, and tea at different times throughout the day. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide range of options to choose from. We definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again if we visit Kusatsu in the future.

we enjoyed the buffet dinner and breakfast was nice too. good spread and suitable for both adults and kids. however, could smell the sulphur smell from the bath from our room.

This pass was incredibly convenient and helped us save so much on transportation costs. We exchanged our vouchers at the JR East office in Ueno and were also able to reserve our Shinkansen seats there. The staff were very helpful and patient in guiding us through the process.
We used it for trips to Kawaguchiko, Nikko, and Gala Yuzawa, definitely worth it!

Easy booking through Klook. Super easy redemption at the airport. Seat reservation: No problem at the machine. But not always necessary, sometimes we just rode in the unreserved car. Staff always very friendly. We used it in Kyoto, Osaka, Nara and Hiroshima. Everything worked out great.
