Things to do in Otsu

Really enjoyed this Mount Fuji day tour! The itinerary was smooth and we got to visit so many beautiful spots in one day. Everything was well planned and easy to follow, perfect if you want a stress-free trip from Tokyo. Our tour guide Dana was great — friendly, helpful, and always checking on everyone. She explained things clearly and kept the tour moving at a comfortable pace. Thanks to her, the whole trip felt relaxed and enjoyable. Definitely recommend this tour if you want a fun and easy way to see Mount Fuji! 🗻😊

This is a meaningful tour that visits four locations: Shirahige Shrine, Sanzen-in Temple, Mangetsuji Temple, and La Collina. I chose it to see Shiga Prefecture, a lesser-known area in the Kinki region, and I was happy to see the large and magnificent Lake Biwa. Sanzen-in Temple, which was included as a substitute for the Lake Biwa Observatory in the winter season, was unfortunately a temple located in Kyoto Prefecture. Personally, I think it would be better if the schedule only included Shiga Prefecture's attractions, excluding Sanzen-in Temple. It seems like the Shiga Prefecture tour needs an image upgrade. Unfortunately, due to the old bus (18 seats) being fully booked with no empty seats, you have to endure the discomfort of a long journey if you end up in a bad seat.

There are 10 groups of guests, so we arranged for a large bus. Our tour guide, Zhao, was the only one out of the 3 tours I took during my entire trip to Japan who would proactively WhatsApp the pick-up time in advance. The drive to Shiga is quite long, so those staying in Osaka should be prepared for a round trip of almost 6 hours.

The view of Mount Fuji was just so ethereal! The time was not that really tight so we still could enjoy the view with a lot of satisfication. Seki was really nice and helpful in guiding us during the tour! 🧡

this is the very first time that we booked this kind of service. this is aint cheap but worth the money. the driver is professional and on time. he picked us up from our hotel and drop us again in the same location in the evening. the vehicle is clean and comfortable. we communicated to the driver via viber. we really enjoyed this day in Kyoto and Nara. i will booked this again the next time I have guests who wanted to visit Kansai.

Lucky to have met a great tour guide - Guo Yaping ❤️ The tour guide is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions! She also seriously introduces the attractions and what's good to eat and fun to do 🥰 I always thought Sanzen-in Temple was too far, and I hadn't been there in five trips to Kyoto, but I finally got to go on this Klook tour and I really liked it 🤩 I recommend it to everyone! I hope everyone is lucky enough to meet my tour guide 💕

the tour was great, and the tour guide is even better, i was the only englosh speaking person in tje group but he still make the effort of translating pmeverything he said in chinese to.english.

The tour was a great experience! It only took 1.5 hr from Osaka. The view from the top of the mountain was spectacular, the main terrace and cafe 360 are great places to take photos and relax. Our kids had fun playing in the snow and sled. Riding the chairlift was exciting too. Our tour guide Lully was friendly and helpful.

We had a great trip and everything was very well organized. The places we visited were beautiful and the schedule was perfect.
