I booked this tour two days in advance and was contacted by the agency one day before with the car details, which was reassuring. Master Sun picked us up on time and drove us around safely throughout the trip. He was very helpful—assisted us with taking photos, helped us buy tickets, and gave good suggestions on the best timing to visit each spot. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would book again.

we really happy with driver dongdechen . he as driver and as guide really responsible take care everythinks , make sure all fine and smooth to every place . he also kind bring all my bag until infront room of each hotel . car also clean , on time . he show all good place since snow town , yabuli , ice world etc . very recomended car and tour

It was nice and convenient. am solo everything was easy just meet up and the bus will bring you there. Its a day journey where we can pick to go home at different timings whenever we want which is great so i can still have the rest of the day exploring other parts of the city. I started my day at around 8am and went back around 12pm Volga Manor is a fun place to visit, alot of snow & ofc snow activities!! I really love the slide HAHA A must place to visit. ps the cat 😭

This was our first Harbin trip, the extreme cold was what we wanted to experience. The tour was well coordinated, guide and driver are friendly and very experienced. The tour helped with additional options to value add our experience with no obligation. Most of us were able to quickly adjust to Harbin harsh weather and follow the itinerary. Upon booking this package, we were prepared for the local meals and accepted the outcomes. The trip is communicated in mandarin, instructions on activities, meeting place/time were essential for tour participation. Due to seasonal holidays, the large influx of tourists is easy for anyone to be separated. Be sure to have a good roaming data plan to stay contactable, China telecom provides excellent broadband coverage. Overall, we enjoyed the simple nature of Snow Village which shown us the place where time stood still and the marvels of mountainous views.

This tour was great, especially the tour guide: Mr. ZhangNan. He was so nice, helpful, patient and made us happy & comfortable. Two thumbs up 👍👍. The accomodation was good. The food was ok. Snow Town is my favorite place. Memorable moments for us❄️📸🤍

One of the best experiences especially if you have a very limited time in Harbin but would love to experience Harbin to the fullest. The sevice is impeccable, eventhough a tour guide was not included but the operator & driver guided and helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend!
