Gunma Karuizawa Snow Park Admission Ticket (Karuizawa)

My children enjoyed playing in the snow park. There are plenty of lockers available to store your belongings if you want to ski. The snow sledding was especially fun.

KLOOK ticket was not clear that only skiers or snowboarders can use the sky lift. Non skiers like me who purchased the ticket were unable to use it. Klook should just sell the play park ticket without misleading to customers. Lastly, the description says we can reserve bus ride from karuizawa station. But no further details or guide how to do so. When I chat with chat bot. They couldn' provide such information.

It made entering the snow park very convenient.

To be clear, I did not attend this event. When I bought it, I thought it was a snow park from the ski resort in Karuizawa (Prince Hotel). Because there was no address attached, she sent the address after I purchased it. She found it was wrong, but she could not refund it. (If you really want to buy a ski ticket/cable car lift) Please make it clear whether it is the same snowfield. Klook is responsible for clearly stating the address. I hope there won’t be another one like me.
