• Pre-trip Notification: The day before your trip, between 16:00 and 22:00 Japan time, we will send you detailed guide and vehicle information by email. Please be sure to check it promptly. During peak travel season, the email delivery time may be slightly delayed. If you receive multiple emails due to special circumstances, please use the last one you received as the standard.
• The Fukiware Falls are closed during the winter. You can only see the hexagonal pavilion from a distance, and the stairs are slippery and risky. From December 7th to April 1st, 2026, we will be visiting Kawagoe Ichiban Gai.
• The ripening period of fruits may vary due to weather conditions, and it is also possible to consume pre-picked fruits. If Harada Orchard is closed, the fruit yield is insufficient, or the number of groups is too large resulting in a poor experience and the fruit picking service cannot be provided, the service will be changed to another nearby tourist orchard.
• Please understand that if Yubara Ski Resort/Lavender Garden is temporarily closed due to weather or maintenance, the admission fee will be refunded.
• The lavender and Fukiawari Falls maple leaf viewing seasons may be affected by weather and other factors each year, and the flowering and maple leaf conditions may vary slightly. If the weather affects the blooming or lack thereof, the original itinerary will be followed to purely view the sights. Thank you for your understanding.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with impaired physical mobility
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

Accessibility

• Child seats are not available
• Participants using wheelchairs/mobility equipment should be accompanied

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Confirmation

• You'll get confirmation within 24 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
