Labuan Bajo Full-Day Speedboat Tour by East Cruise Komodo

The pick up time was on point ,what I liked mostly it’s that we were almost the first ones in each point . Wear comfy shoes for the hiking and have some slippers for the beach. sadly I didn’t saw any mantas and no turtles. my guide gorge (I think that’s the name ) did a wonderful job! I really expected to see more Komodo dragons as I went to Labuan bajo specifically to see them ,I saw only 2. the lunch was tasty and my group was really nice! I recommend 100%

I hope my review will be helpful since I read many people's reviews before making the reservation. Since the price for a family of 4 was a bit burdensome, I compared a lot of information. When I compared it with products on other travel sites besides Klook, the price and schedule were the same. When I actually arrived in Labuan Bajo, I could see that the prices of products from local tour agencies on the street were almost the same. The day before I used the service, the company contacted me and asked me to provide personal information and choose the type of lunch box (chicken, fish, vegetarian). I also asked about other detailed schedules, pick-up times, and clothing, and although there was a slight delay, they answered right away. In particular, many reviews said that the pick-up time was later than the original time and they had to wait a long time, so I wanted to know the exact pick-up time. I was at the Meruorah Hotel, and since it was right next to the port, they contacted me to say that the pick-up would be at 7:20, and they actually arrived 10 minutes early to pick me up. Arrived at the port, paid an additional 425,000 rupees per person for the entrance fee, ranger fee, etc. as of Friday, and boarded the ship after waiting for about 20 minutes. The guide explained the schedule and precautions for today in detail, and the schedule went smoothly as planned. The boat was clean, the bathroom was a little small, but there was one, and although the reviews said there was no air conditioning, the New Hope boat I rode on had one. The first destination, Padar Island, was the most memorable. Although we were elementary school girls, we went all the way up and saw a great view. The sunlight was strong and we sweated a lot, so hats and sunblock are essential! Unfortunately, Pink Beach was not very pink, but we rested, looked around, and had lunch. Lunch was not very delicious, but it was enough to satisfy our hunger. Luckily, we saw two Komodos, and each tourist took a picture with the Komodo. We changed into swimsuits and enjoyed the remaining three spots, and although I didn't enjoy snorkeling very much, everyone else was able to handle it and finished the tour. The tour is well organized, the guys are very experienced, helpful, and friendly. They also provide hotel pick-up and drop-off at the end of the tour. You're among the first to arrive at the various spots, which means you won't be surrounded by crowds. The snorkeling is well organized, they provide everything you need: life jacket, mask, fins, and even an underwater phone case. For those who don't feel like swimming alone, a float is provided, towed by one of the guys, who will take you around. At the end of the snorkeling, they serve a delicious hot cappuccino to warm you up. The only downside is that you have little time at the various spots, they're rather hasty. I recommend it.

A truly fantastic experience! The speedboat was so fast. Besides the must-see Padar Island, Pink Beach, and Komodo dragons, we saw colorful and diverse corals, blacktip reef sharks, sea turtles, rays, triggerfish, and many other marine creatures. It was totally worth it!

The scenery is incredibly beautiful and captivating, and the pink beach is very romantic. Plus, there are many very large Komodo dragons. The itinerary was wonderfully planned, the staff were very friendly, and there were many great snorkeling spots with huge manta rays.

It was a very fulfilling day! We were picked up on time, paid the entrance fee for Komodo National Park in cash, and boarded the boat. The boat was cleaner than I expected. I think it had a cooler. The toilets were not very clean, and there was no toilet paper. For the Padar Island trek, we arrived earlier than other companies' boats, so we were able to enjoy it away from the peak crowds. The timing was good because it was crowded with people climbing up the mountain when we were descending. The tour description said that we would have lunch on the boat, but it was distributed at Pink Beach, and we were able to sit on a bench at the shop and eat it calmly. It was very delicious, and I recommend the fish. We were given a total of three bottles of water during the tour. After that, we went to Komodo National Park and were able to see four Komodo dragons. The shop sold many items that were not sold in the city, and we bought souvenirs there. The solicitors were very persistent. Finally, we snorkeled at Manta Point. We didn't see any manta rays, but we could see sea turtles. It's quite dangerous because the boat passes close to where people are diving. The waves are strong, so if you are worried about swimming, I recommend renting a life jacket. We were able to rent snorkels, fins, and life jackets, but there seemed to be a limited number. The bad thing was that there was no roll call during the tour. When boarding the boat, they set sail without checking whether everyone was on board. In fact, we almost got left behind on the boat at Komodo National Park. The guides only called out the name of the boat they were on, and did not know the faces or names of each tour guest. There were no markers to indicate that you were part of the tour, so you need to either stay together with the participants in the same group or pay close attention to the guide's movements. Also, although it was stated that a transfer to the hotel was included, we were not given one on the way back. I told the staff the name of the hotel, but they said nothing and left me alone, and since the hotel was within walking distance, I walked home. It seemed that some participants had arranged for a car, so I think it was luck. The tour was great and very fun, so if you don't get too carried away by sightseeing and look around carefully, I think you will have a fun and safe trip.

it was a great and interesting tour. from the hotel pick up to the snorkeling trips we’re well arranged. thank to the guide I had a good time to see the Komodo dragon and snorkel with the manta ray. They provide snorkel and flippers but you might need some basic experience to swim and see the manta ray, as those are pretty deep water and fast current. thanks to the guide Gorges..

We did the 6 stop day trip and it was a pleasant trip. Our guide Elyas & team has been helpful in briefing about the tour. They also help us to take good photos 😊 Pickup from hotel starts at 5.30am, but timing of pickup vary depending on every guest's hotel location. The boat departs later than scheduled but we still manage to spend ample time at each spot. The wave is a bit strong today but we still get to see manta ray & turtle (the guide tried his best to locate them). Boat is fast, comfortable and equipped with toilet. Before the trip ends, we were served with coffee & biscuit. Overall I highly recommend to book with them 😊

East Cruise's service was nearly perfect. The hotel pickup, the kind smiles of the staff, and their good English left a deep impression on us. We boarded the boat to Padar Island in the cool morning breeze, and the scenery was truly stunning and breathtaking. At three snorkeling spots, we witnessed a spectacular underwater world, got up close with sea turtles, and were surrounded by colorful fish. The day's itinerary concluded with joy and enjoyment.

The weather was great, the scenery was amazing, and the entire itinerary was very well-planned. The staff were all very enthusiastic. It was a wonderful experience.
