The originally booked big bus probably didn’t have enough people, so we were upgraded to a minibus. The driver drove very steadily, and we didn’t hear any random honking of horns along the way. It was probably the most special bus ride I’ve taken in Vietnam!

I took the limousine bus from Hoi An to Hue, and it truly redefined what a 'luxury limousine' means to me. While Vexere offers great value for money, this limousine booked via Klook was simply the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend it—you can book with confidence! Also, don't stress about the meeting point at Kayo Coffee shop. There's no need to arrive too early; just getting there by the scheduled time is perfectly fine.
I used it to travel from Hoi An to Hue. The limousine bus stop in Hoi An was at the Kayo Coffee House store, and while I was waiting there, the limousine bus arrived on time and departed on schedule. On the way, I had to change limousine buses in Da Nang for some reason. It was pouring rain due to a typhoon at the time, so I got soaked when I changed buses. The limousine bus I got on in Hoi An was very clean, but the one I changed to in Da Nang was worn out, the rubber gaskets on the doors were worn out, and it was leaking. After that, I was driving at high speed in the pouring rain, so I arrived in Hue before the scheduled time.
The service provider contacted via WhatsApp. The driver arrived on time, car is comfortable and clean. The 9-11 seat car leaves Hoi An at 12pm, which is a convenient time that’s not too early. Do remember to go toilet first as there is only one rest stop.
Klook provided good transportation so I was able to travel comfortably. I was a little nervous because I was driving in a car without seat belts. Also, it would have been nice if they had explained the reason for changing cars in the middle.
Comfortable and spacious seating with cold A/C. A lot more comfortable than the large sleeper bus and less passengers.
The ride was very comfortable, the driver was efficient and got us to our destination sooner than expected.
