AYANA Resort Bali 2 Nights Package with Half Board, Rock Bar and Aquatonic Pool

spend all your 3D2N in the resort and don't go out. the estate is massive there's private beach, 14 pools and multiple dining options. do note that the beach is rocky so might not be ideal to swim out. however the beach is beautiful and it's great to spend a couple of ours there. we had our sunset dinner at Rock, but note reservation only avail before 5 or after 7.30pm. and be prepared to queue for the gondola down. make sure your booking voucher name and ur passport name is the same else will have issue checking in. request for the renovated rooms if you prefer newer toilet designs. service was good and food was tasty. remember to book the thalassotherapy in advance as slots are limited.

firstly they was a hiccup as my Klook account wasn't my full name thus the hotel has a policy that the voucher need to have the same name as passport. this caused a bit of delay in check in as we require klook to write in to the hotel to clarify it's the same person. wasn't a very good start thus suggest klook to add in to the terms of booking so members can update their klook account with full name before booking this. overall the stay was amazing! if you book this package, we suggest to stay in the hotel throughout as we have some activities outside, we couldn't cover the whole hotel. among all the three hotels avail in the package, Ayana Resort has the best resort feel with beautiful grounds. however we were given the old rooms where toilet are oldish and yet renovated so be prepared or ask for renovated room. staffs on ground has the best service and the klook package offers unbeatable value. do not miss the thalassotherapy as it really wind is down after the session. but do book in advance as the complimentary slots are limited. breakfast we had in Ayana was good and high quality. we had our 2nd morning breakfast at Segara where variety was lesser but the place was less crowded thus it's more chill. dinner at the rock bar was a chaos. we reserved well in advance through the hotel, was directed to restaurant and they have trouble getting hold of our booking. then when arrived, we were being escorted all over the whole of rock bar and couldn't get a table. then we pointed randomly to an empty table at the restaurant side and was given the table, which is just near the check in. so why the need to bring us round the restaurant when there's just one nearby? we don't get it. food was good and so is the service complimented by the sunset view. we were also given proper turn down service and a check out gift. visited the onsite shopping, museum as well as other pools in the resort. all are good and really a nice place to unwind and away from the crazy traffic outside. we really love our stay and hopefully can be back to Ayana soon.
