Cancellation policy

• Full refunds will be issued if cancellations are made before the participation time (local time) 15 day prior to the activity date/redemption date
• 100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• 0% refunds will be issued for cancellations made before the scheduled activity time. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
• Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are made less than 7 day(s) before the scheduled activity time
• Administrative fee for cancellation: TWD 200 per person
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
