Hendra, our driver, toured us very well. He did not just drive us around, but he also told us about the cultures, traditions, how Hinduism in Bali is, norms, practices and many more. Today, we participated in the "Ubud Highlights Tour (with Swing Experience) Day Trip," with Komang Subawa as our driver and guide. The overall service was incredibly enthusiastic and professional. He was very familiar with the itinerary and could flexibly adjust to on-site conditions, making the trip run very smoothly. At the Monkey Forest attraction, he also proactively helped us take photos and offered practical advice, which helped us save unnecessary expenses. Although it rained in the afternoon, it did not affect the quality or experience of the trip at all. Komang Subawa is highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Bali. In addition to his meticulous service and friendly demeanor, he can also communicate in both Chinese and English, which is especially convenient for Chinese-speaking travelers. From the beginning, he made us feel comfortable and taken care of, even providing us with water to start the day in the Bali heat. Our driver for the day was Dode Batur. He was friendly, punctual and informative. He was also happy to take great photos!!! It was a big day of driving and site seeing and he stayed in great spirits. Everything was organised seamlessly with no fuss. It was great to be able to get out to North Bali and see the sites. The canoe ride at Tambligan Lake was by far the highlight for me. It was stunning and relaxed

We had the most amazing experience with PARWATA, our guide and driver for the day. He showed us around the whole day with a smile on his face. The whole trip was managed very timely and seamlessly. He was so kind to our little daughter as well. She really enjoyed feeding the fish at the Tirta Empul, thanks to the guidance of Parwata. He clicked pictures for us and also took us to a wonderful restaurant for lunch. We would highly recommend him for whole day tours around Ubud/ Bali.
