InHouse Hotel Yehliu-Fisherman's Kitchen-buffet

At lunch, we ate at the Fisherman’s Kitchen of the Yehliu Injoy Hotel. In order to present the plate beautifully, the chefs now put the food directly on the printing surface of the absorbent paper. The chefs before the epidemic did not do this. They immediately responded to the on-site staff and opened the food printing ink. The company's website showed them that although soybean oil is used as the printing raw material, the ink solvent contains benzene. Even the source does not recommend that food come into direct contact with the printing surface. After the on-site staff responded to the kitchen, the treatment was immediately removed. Unlike Kenting Chengyi Cultural Hotel and Yilan Yanuo Hot Spring Hotel, neither the on-site personnel nor the kitchen did anything after the response.
