Duomo Tour with Accademia or Uffizi Gallery Upgrade in Florence

we skipped the hour long line entering through a special door on the side of the building, the guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions :))

very beautiful place. worth the visit. perhaps the only feedback is we were not sure where to meet for the cathedral visit. this place is also walking distance to luxury shops and streets.

Sign-in will only start around 14:15-14:20, and the sign-in personnel will wear blue clothes. It is recommended that non-native English speakers use a machine guide instead of a guided tour, as the accent will be difficult to understand. The tour leader will take everyone in through the side door. After the explanation is over, you can stay and continue the tour.

Although the terms and conditions state that the meeting time is 30 minutes early, it is actually 15 minutes ago; the tour guide's explanation is very detailed, and there are many stories introduced outside the Internet. It would be better if the tour can visit multiple floors.

The staff showed up about 5-10 minutes ago and the tour guide was very kind and detailed. Although the church is free to enter, you don’t have to queue up with the crowds outside the church. You can follow the tour guide and go directly to the church. It is very worthwhile!

the tour guide Isabella is good , she’s very knowledgeable and can share lots of background about what we were seeing. it makes the tour more fun.

The itinerary on Klook is incorrect and our meet up time was changed when we got to the travelling agency. The tour guide for the museum was ok but for the church, we did not have audio guides so it was very hard for us to hear the tour guide. Photos of the pickup point should be included and contacts to the travelling agency via WhatsApp or call should also be included in the itinerary of the tour.

worst experience ever! it’s a completely scam! it says it’s a half day guided tour but in the end we were only given a ticket to Uffizi on our own and nothing else! We checked with Klook sales support and it’s completely useless. the help desk provided nothing useful and ended the conversation quickly! there is no follow up at all! Klook is such a bad company and we suggest you don’t use this app ever again. sooner or later you’ll get something terrible from this app!
