  • Please note: When arriving at Serangan Port from Gili Islands, please ignore the taxi drivers and hawkers and proceed to your free drop service which will be waiting in the main square (about 20m away from the jetty). Follow the instructions of Blue Water staff (in official uniform and holding a “Blue Water Express” sign) only. You may need to be proactive in asking for clear directions from them. This can be an uncomfortable situation for some customers, but unfortunately, Blue Water Express is unable to prohibit local drivers from coming on to the jetty in this manner

Everything went well, as expected. Got picked up at my hotel, went to the port where we went onboard and 2.5 hours landed at Gili T. Everything was very professional and comfortable.
