• Day 7 Evening: Enjoy the light feast on both sides of the river. (Lights are on every night from 19:00-22:00, Guangji Bridge "Light and Shadow Show" starts at 20:00 sharp every night. No compensation will be given if the night lights are suspended due to maintenance or policy requirements, or if visits are not possible due to other force majeure reasons).
• Please ensure your contact information is accessible. After successful booking, we will contact you via email within 1 business day.
• Please ensure your phone is reachable. We will contact guests by phone before 21:00 on the day before departure to inform them of the meeting time and location.
• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. The adult who registers with them will be their guardian during the tour. Seniors aged 60 (inclusive) or above must be accompanied by at least one adult relative or friend. We do not accept individuals with infectious diseases, a history of heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, mental illness, or pregnant women. We appreciate your understanding.
• When checking in at some hotels, the front desk requires a deposit, which will be refunded normally upon check-out if there are no special circumstances. On the last day, please check out before 12:00 PM.
• All scenic spots require original ID cards, passports, or Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan travel permits for entry. Please be sure to bring the identification document you provided when placing your order. If you are unable to enter the scenic spot due to forgetting to bring the relevant documents or providing incorrect documents, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
• If you meet the current free admission policy of each scenic spot on the day and you belong to the free admission group for the scenic spot, the ticket refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. Instead, the refundable amount will be calculated and refunded according to the travel agency's group discount policy.
• Hotel accommodation: By default, a hotel twin room is arranged, with 2 adults per room. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "single room supplement".
• The sightseeing tour times, as well as the assembly and disbanding times, are for reference only; please refer to the actual notification. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the sequence of the tour itinerary, but the content of the tour will not be reduced. If the itinerary is affected by irresistible factors, the travel agency will assist tourists in resolving the issue but will not bear the resulting losses. Any additional expenses incurred as a result will be borne by the tourists themselves.
• There may be souvenir shops in some scenic spots and near stops along the route of this itinerary. Rest stops (water refilling points, toilets) and small shops along the way are not considered shopping establishments. Local residents selling souvenirs and local specialties are not services provided by our company. Please purchase with caution to avoid being deceived.

• You'll get confirmation within 48 hours. If you don't receive a confirmation email, reach out to our customer support.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance (inclusive).
• If canceled within 7 days, and non-refundable actual costs (such as deposits for major transportation/hotels/car rentals) have been incurred, the remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the incurred costs.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
