Card Pickup and Activation
- You can choose any one of the following methods to activate your annual pass:
- (Recommended) Online Activation: After purchasing the annual pass, if you agree to use the annual pass through facial recognition, activate the annual pass online through the Chimelong official APP/mini program (you need to bind your ID number + take a photo to record facial information), and you can conveniently enter the park through the facial recognition channel in the future.
- Activate the electronic annual pass offline: After purchasing the annual pass, you can go to the ticket office of the theme park to which the annual pass belongs (choose one of the four theme parks, Chimelong Water Park needs to be within its operating period), show the voucher code information and mobile phone number obtained for purchasing the annual pass to receive the electronic annual pass number information, and then go to the visitor service center to activate the annual pass (you need to provide your ID card + photo activation archive), and synchronously record face information (if you agree), and you can conveniently enter the park through the face recognition channel in the future.
- If you do not agree to use the annual pass through facial recognition, you need to activate the annual pass through the offline retrieval of the electronic annual pass mentioned in point 2 above (without entering facial information), and you need to go to the visitor service center with your valid ID for manual verification before each park entry. After verification, you will be issued an entry voucher, and then you can enter the park by verifying the three certificates of your valid ID, electronic annual pass, and entry voucher. Special Note: 1. This annual pass is an electronic annual pass and does not provide a physical card; 2. The annual pass is a special type of ticket and cannot be converted into an electronic QR code ticket online or retrieved from a self-service ticket machine.
Booking limitations
- According to relevant laws and industry practices, in order to create a comfortable and safe park environment, Chimelong Annual Pass implements a "reservation entry" system; cardholders must make an entry reservation in the "Annual Pass Reservation" section of the "Chimelong Online Reservation Platform" on the Chimelong Tourism APP/mini program before each entry to the park. Annual pass users can view the reservation calendar for the next 60 days, including the current day, in the Chimelong APP/mini program, and make a reservation on "Available Entry Days". Entry to the park is only allowed after a successful reservation. The number of entry slots available for reservation each day is limited, and reservations will be closed when all slots are full.
- If the park holds special themed events (such as Chimelong Paradise’s Halloween theme event, New Year’s Eve celebration activities in each park on December 31st, anniversary celebration events, etc.), or if the park implements crowd control measures due to excessive crowds and public safety considerations, the park may reduce or cancel the number of annual card users who can make reservations to enter the park during this period. Please pay close attention to the announcements on Chimelong’s official website www.chimelong.com, the official WeChat mini-program, the official WeChat public account “Chimelong Tourism”, or the “Annual Card Channel” of the Chimelong Tourism APP, and travel during off-peak hours.

Important Note
- Annual pass holders who have activated their pass online must present their valid ID for identity verification at the ticket gate upon their first entry. If the pass holder meets the applicable conditions for the annual pass and the information matches, they may enter. If the conditions are not met or the information does not match, a supplementary payment or a refund/change will be required.
- The activated annual card is real-name based and is only applicable to the cardholder registered at the time of activation; it cannot be changed or transferred. If the annual card is lost before activation, it will not be reported as lost or reissued.
- Chimelong Annual Pass holders are not permitted to engage in ticket scalping, hawking goods, illegally bringing others into the park, or any other illegal/non-compliant activities within Chimelong theme parks. Otherwise, the applicable park has the right to refuse entry and the right to terminate the use of the Chimelong Annual Pass based on any single illegal/non-compliant act by the pass holder, without refund. The pass holder shall bear the consequences arising therefrom.
- This product is available in limited quantities and will be sold until supplies last. We may suspend/discontinue related products based on the park's operational management needs. 5. Chimelong annual cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold (except where otherwise provided by laws and regulations).

One of the best zoos I had even been. Enjoyed myself thoroughly. We took a Didi to the North Gate and had wanted to take the tram ride but as the queue was very long, we went for the cable car first which didn't have a queue at that time. It was quite an enjoyable ride. Thereafter we went for the tram ride as the queue had eased off somewhat. It was definitely the highlight of the visit, seeing so many types of animals roaming freely and up close.
The Chimelong Safari Park is a very huge zoo and it invovles a lot of walking. But the whole place is well kept with good signposting everywhere and the weather was nice and cooling around 15degress, making it an enjoyable stroll. Spent about 3 and half hour there. The tickets cover the cable car and trams ride. Seniors above 60 pay half price.
A must visit when in Guangzhou for holiday.

A worthy trip to Chimelong Safari park. Animals are free to roam in a large area, park is clean and many beautiful places to explore. the tram ride is fun and close enough with the animals. cable car ride has a long wait time when I was there. Overall good trip.

Probably the best and well-rounded zoo ever, with so many amazing experiences to explore from rainforest, marine life, Amazon and safari, there’s something for everyone to see and have a great time. Definitely need a whole day to truly experience it all, with cable car ride and safari ride directly into and up close to the animals! Be prepared for some walking as the park is huge, but rest assured that every zones there’s food, snacks and souvenirs shops.

This zoo is quite huge. and we went twice. but out of the two times, always encountered rowdy crowd of school students. wide variety of animals, prepare for loads of walking up and down slopes. Thankful the weather was good, otherwise can foresee the heat and could be unbearable.

One could easily spend a full day at the safari because it is huge! The ticket includes both the tram ride as well as the cable car. The tram ride brings you up close with animals such as giraffes, zebras. The cable car has a circle line which brings you back to the station you board. There are also lines that allow you to alight at different stops. English signages are available to show which direction to take. Each of the zones have a signature animal such as the panda village, elephant park, predators zone. The highlight was seeing the baby panda Meizhu and its mum Meng Meng. There are also many eateries spread around the park and prices are between 78-98rmb for a set. Definitely worth a visit even for adults and allow enough time to see all the exhibits.
