  • Precautions for Hot Springs:
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter a hot spring pool immediately after excessive drinking; one should rest quietly for more than 2 hours. Try to avoid soaking in hot springs immediately before or after meals; it is more appropriate to wait at least 60 minutes after a meal.
  • For hot spring bathing, guests must bring their own swimsuits; all other items are provided by the hot spring hotel. Please also take care of the hotel's public facilities.
  • Shower before entering the hot spring, and only after washing your body can you enter the pool to soak.
  • Take a warm-up bath with hot spring water, from bottom to top, allowing your whole body to adapt to the temperature of the hot spring. Then, pour hot spring water over your head. When bathing in winter, this head-to-toe warm-up bath can prevent cerebral anemia.
  • Slowly enter the bathtub. Only soak up to your chest, which is called a half-body bath. After your whole body warms up, then soak up to your shoulders, which is a full-body bath. This gradual approach can prevent cerebral congestion.
  • The duration of the hot spring bath depends on the temperature. If your body reacts too strongly, you can get up and rest first. Once your body has calmed down, you can continue bathing.
  • The soaking time depends on individual needs and the spring temperature. Generally, a single session should not exceed 20 minutes, as prolonged soaking can lead to excessive strain on the heart.
  • Elderly people or those with weak hearts should preferably not bathe in a sitting position. Instead, they should enter the bath with their hands and feet stretched out, using the edge of the bathtub as a pillow, to avoid palpitations or chest tightness.
  • Unsuitable for:
  • (1) Pregnant women or women during menstruation; (2) Those who have not fully recovered after surgery; (3) Those who are under the influence of alcohol or are excessively fatigued; (4) Those with acute illnesses (such as acute gastroenteritis) or bleeding disorders; (5) Those with severe heart disease, moderate to severe hypertension, or respiratory dysfunction; (6) Those with infectious diseases (such as acute hepatitis); (7) Those with malignant tumors, epilepsy, etc.; (8) Guests with hypertension or cardiovascular diseases must follow medical advice and be accompanied by a healthy adult to enter the pool.
