• Storage space on the transfer vehicles in Kume Island is limited. Large luggage, such as suitcases, cannot be accommodated.
• This is a day-trip package. The return Ocean Jet ticket must be used on the same day and cannot be changed to another date.
• Optional rentals and activities, including lifejacket and snorkeling equipment, are available on-site at special discounted prices.
• The return time of Ocean Jet to Naha may be vary due to weather or sea conditions. Participants with onward flights should allow plenty of time between the scheduled return and their flight departure. We cannot accept responsibility for missed flights.
• People with the following conditions will not be able to participate in entering into the water on the day. Circulatory system or respiratory system diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver failure, hangover or under the influence of alcohol. In addition, accordingly to your health condition on the day of the activity, you might not be able to join us. There is no refund in these cases.
• For guests with limited mobility or any doubts regarding any health and body related concerns, kindly inquire with customer service in advance regarding your participation in the experience. If it is in case on the day of tour, you may be rejected for participation and no refunds will be given.
• Liability and Safety Disclaimer
• Wear a life jacket is mandatory when entering the water.
• When entering the water, including swimming and snorkelling, Accompanying parents/guardians must ensure children and infants must never be left unattended or out of sight.
• For your safety, all marine activities must be conducted strictly within designated areas monitored by lifeguards.
• All behaviors and activities during free time are strictly personal responsibility.
• Any accident, injury, fatality, or property damage/loss resulting from unauthorized activities outside the designated areas, or from failure to comply with safety regulations, shall be borne entirely by the participant. The Company/Organizer shall assume no liability or responsibility whatsoever.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
