• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, 0 days before departure (local time 08:00), based on the flight operation status provided on the Tokashiki official website, it will be decided whether this tour will be canceled. Notifications will then be sent via email or communication app at any time. If no contact is received, it means the activity will proceed as scheduled. Please pay attention to relevant information before departure. Thank you.
• To avoid delaying your subsequent itinerary, please be sure to arrive at the designated location 30 minutes in advance and board the ship 10 minutes before departure. No waiting for latecomers.
• Minors and elderly guests must be accompanied by a healthy adult family member.
• For safety reasons, individuals suffering from acrophobia, claustrophobia, epilepsy, diabetes, or who are pregnant, elderly, prone to joint dislocation, suffering from osteoporosis, or have mobility issues, as well as those who have consumed alcohol or are hungover on the day of the activity, will not be accepted for registration. If any of the above conditions are discovered on the day of the activity, participation in the activity and boat ride will not be permitted, and no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
• If 2 adults bring 1 infant, since snorkeling cannot be done in separate batches, it is recommended that one of them book the beach resort package to look after the infant.
• On the day of the itinerary, if sea conditions or weather factors are encountered, it may lead to a delay in arrival at Tokashiki Island, or require an early departure from the island, resulting in a shortened stay on the island. No refunds will be issued, and we appreciate your understanding.
• Even if you are snorkeling independently, you must wear a life vest throughout. On the day, parasols can be rented on-site, and you can also sign up for other water activities on the spot, with costs borne by yourself.
• Curry rice is provided for lunch (excluding toddlers). For vegetarians or those with any allergies, please bring your own food or purchase it from nearby stores. No refunds will be given for price differences. Thank you for your understanding.
• To book a snorkeling experience, the snorkeling location will be arranged based on the sea conditions of the day. You may go snorkeling at an uninhabited island or search for sea turtles at Tokashiku Beach. For reservations, please provide the participant's height/weight/shoe size (or foot length).
• Please read the snorkeling precautions carefully before choosing a snorkeling package. If you are unable to participate in snorkeling activities, for example, if you are found not to meet the participation requirements upon arrival on the day, no refund will be given. Please be aware of this in advance and confirm your own condition before purchasing.
• During the winter season, from October 1st to the end of February, both the return shuttle bus and boarding times will be 30 minutes earlier.

• This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.
• The activity is unable to accommodate for allergies, gluten intolerance, vegetarian diets or other dietary needs
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited
• Please be mindful not to feed the marine / wild animals or engage in any activity that may damage the ecosystem
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.
• Smelly food (e.g. durian) is not allowed in the facility
• The activity is prohibited for: other serious medical conditions

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
• Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
• Be aware that the approval of reschedules, amendments or refunds are subject to availability
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Redemption information

• Please meet the local staff at the designated meeting point at Naha Tomari Port to collect your round-trip boat tickets. Please keep your tickets safe and board the boat by yourself. On Tokashiki Island, please look for a vehicle with the name Kuniyoshi for your transfer.

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
• Round-trip vessel type must be consistent

Eligibility

• This activity has no age limit
• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Travelers under 6 years old and over 60 years old are unable to participate in water activities such as snorkeling. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• The 0-5 year old child package does not include lunch. Neither the boat nor the island shuttle bus will have reserved seats, and children must be held on an adult's lap throughout the journey.
