Usage validity
- The voucher is valid for 2 day(s) from the redemption/activation date. It expires at 23:59 the day after the last day
How to redeem
- Please note that you will receive two different email confirmations: one from Klook and one from info@voxcity.com. Your Roma Pass voucher will be in the Vox City email. Please check your Spam folder if either email is missing.
- Upon booking confirmation, along with the two emails you will receive a QR Code, the PNR code and the Ticket code. With an active internet connection, download the Roma Pass app from the Apple Store or Play Store. Scan the QR Code from the app or manually enter the PNR code and Ticket code to redeem your pre-purchased Roma Pass in the app.

My Roma Pass voucher could not be downloaded to the Roma Pass app, so I was unable to use public transportation or enter the Colosseum. When I went to the Colosseum information center to exchange my Roma Pass, the staff member said that the PNR/card code could not be entered and advised me to contact the direct seller. After that, I had to rely solely on taxis for transportation, and I couldn't use my reserved Colosseum entry because the Roma Pass was not activated. I would like to request an investigation into why the voucher barcode or code number was not activated in the Roma Pass app. If Klook is at fault, I request a refund.
