Easy redeem and entering the park was fast. Went on weekdays and the crowd wasn’t that bad. Manage to ride 3 main rides before roaming around to take photo of the characters. Definitely will return again.
Our family of four from Vietnam visited Disneyland in Shanghai. I used my Visa card to purchase Disneyland tickets on Klook, choosing a package that included priority access for two rides: Zootopia and Winnie the Pooh. After queuing to present our passports, they issued tickets with QR codes. When it was time to go on the rides, we presented the paper tickets with QR codes for them to scan at the Priority lane. For other rides, we didn't need to show the tickets. Our full day at Disneyland was a wonderful experience; it was our children's first time traveling abroad, and they had so much fun. went there at 12noon, left at 4pm to check-in at nearby toy story hotel. back at 8pm for illuminate fireworks. I’m in my 30s already and get easily tired abd overstimulated hahaha. We brought our child so we availed of express pass once we got inside when we saw the lines. also it was very hot and humid July. we were also escorted back at gate when they saw us using tripod (it was not allowed due to safety reason). good thing we were already on the way back to hotel.
rides are very crowded, and the photo taking sessions is even more crowded. fireworks at night is worth the wait, if it rains, the marching carnival will be cancelled. suggest to purchase early bird entry at site if you want to play all the major rides. 1st stop tron, then zootopia, 7 dwarves ride and lastly jurassic. queue times: 1hr min for major rides price: affordable shows:nice and interesting, but in Chinese. ease of booking on Klook: easy, use passport to enter.
bought the tickets in one of the klook sales last month and got it for a cheap! however, disneyland china itself was very packed (even on a weekday) and one ride requires you to await for approximately 100-200 minutes per ride. if you dont have patience and have more budget, better but the fast pass
I specifically came to Shanghai Disneyland for the "Zootopia" land, and the immersion is truly exceptional! As a Zootopia fan, you absolutely cannot miss it. From the miniature rodent tunnels designed for small animals, to the classic giant billboards, and various movie details, everything in the land is perfectly recreated. Walking through it feels like you've truly stepped into the animal city, and every photo you take is Instagram-worthy. The highlight is definitely the "Zootopia: Hot Pursuit" attraction, which is incredibly fun! The interactive storyline while waiting in line builds so much anticipation. You get to ride in a police patrol car with Judy and Nick, chasing down villains across the city. The overall sense of speed and special effects are fully maximized, making for a truly thrilling experience. This attraction is definitely worth riding more than once; each time offers different surprises. Highly recommend!
Overall, we enjoyed Disneyland: there are many interesting locations where you can take great photos. The only downside is the very long lines for the rides. You spend half your time, if not more, just waiting in line. We had two days, and in that time, it's quite realistic to visit all the locations and see all the shows without Premier Access. However, to do this, it's best to arrive very early, because there can be long lines even to get in, and then leave late in the evening. If you're only visiting for one day and are willing to pay extra, it might make sense to get Premier Access for the most popular rides.
Must go earlier and buy premium tickets is recommended, if not long queue and download Disney app and check the location and update news and waiting time , must wear comfort shoes and shirt, only excited is Toy Story car .
