Sky Garden Ticket with Dinner at The Larch & Audio Guide

the public access is free but not easy to book. this is an excelent alternative. the dinner was lovely. The 3 courses dinner itself already coverred the price.

Price: We spent approximately £89 for two people. The Larch restaurant charges only £29.50 per person, but on Klook, it cost £44.50, which is £15 more expensive. This is a rip-off. I recommend booking directly on the official website. The food also wasn't worth the price. Facilities: The description didn't clearly state that the restaurant is located on the ground floor outside, and only provided photos of the Sky Garden, misleading consumers into thinking the restaurant was on the top floor. Experience: The outdoor platform of the Sky Garden closes after 6 PM, so there's no view to see if you go up after dinner. We also encountered an event that had booked out most of the space, so we could only see a small corner view, which was very disappointing. Service: The restaurant reception and our server, Leila, were very friendly and provided excellent service. It seems to depend on which server you get! Overall, it's not worth spending your money on this. You can get free tickets to the Sky Garden directly from their official website! Essentially, you're just paying for dinner, and it's £15 more expensive than booking directly with the restaurant, which feels like a rip-off and deceptive to consumers.

First of all it was very misleading i thought its located in sky garden itself it was a restaurant in the ground outside the building. When I arrived the hostess named Chelsea was unfriendly didnt smile at me when i arrived , - it was 2 course meal and i asked the same lady politely if she can give me balsamic vinegar and olive oil she came back after waiting for long and only with vinegar she said her colleague will come and again didnt come so i asked again she came back rudely to put the olive oil , second was i waited too long for my pizza for like almost 50 minutes?!! so i followed up and it came so i finished and i ask for my dessert and the other waiter came back to bring the bill that i didnt even ask yet?! dessert arrived then the another waiter brought the machine while i was waiting how rude was this. last scenario was when their POS machine doesnt have signal so i have to wait for more and i needed to go as i wanna go to see the sunset in sky garden. It was a bad experience

The booking was easy and the service was very good. The restaurant staff was kind, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was excellent: an appetizer with bruschetta and prosciutto, fresh Genovese pesto tagliolini, and a pizza, all excellent. The subsequent entry to the Sky Garden was quick.

Ambiance at The Larch was nice & pleasant. overall the entire package was not worth the time & money. food was depressing and definitely not worth the money. experience at the sky garden was extremely overrated. view was beautiful but unable to catch them on camera because the glass of the building was dirty. overall experience was pretty disappointing. the place was dirty with spilled drinks on the floor. you would be better off just booking the experience free online and skip the dining experience altogether. perhaps a place to have a picnic on your own and good place to hang with the family if you have time at hand. otherwise, like the London eye, can skip it.

Dinner was very substantial, and the food quality was acceptable. After eating, you can go to Sky Garden to watch the sunset, which is a good choice because there are no free bookings to enter Sky Garden at night.

Easy booking on Klook: The QR code was accepted everywhere, and the booking was quick and hassle-free. Experience: The food was delicious, the waiters were attentive and explained everything. After the meal (there's no time pressure), you simply went over to the Sky Garden and presented the QR code there as well. Price: A bit expensive, and drinks still have to be paid for separately, but the Sky Garden is worth it.

The food at the restaurant and the attitude of the reception staff were very disappointing. The pictures were very misleading, making it seem like the restaurant was located in the Sky Garden, but it turned out to be a ground-floor restaurant outside the building. The receptionist was very unfriendly and condescending, making me feel unwelcome and disliked, though the other servers were very nice. It was a terrible experience, and I'm very disappointed with Klook. The only positive was that with the restaurant receipt, we could enter Sky Garden without queuing (though Sky Garden can actually be booked online for free entry).
