London Hop on hop off

I had booked the 48 hours Tour and had a wonderful experience with Big Bus service and the river cruise. You can hop on and hop off the places you like to visit and it it well connected to all tourist attractions and all also Train stations and Underground so that you can get back to your hotel. I would definitely recommended getting this for your London Tour

I have to cancel this booking because Tootbus itself changed their app system, becoming hard to navigate. i reached out to klook customer service and Ahmad helped me refund it! He was very helpful! this transaction made me realize klook is good with their customers’ satisfaction.

Myself and 3 children loved the bus tour. One of the cheapest tours available. The fact there was different routes to please everyone’s interest was great. we felt safe and comfortable onboard. Staff were also lovely. The stops were easy to find. I think the only thing I could possibly say that needed an improvement was that it would have been nice for the busses to be tidied a few times throughout the day, as unfortunately the public are slobs and don’t care to take rubbish with them. Great views!

The Hop-On Hop-Off London bus service was excellent overall. Coverage of the main attractions was superb, making it a convenient way to explore the city and get around between key landmarks. The buses were easy to use, and the routes covered everything I wanted to see. My only minor disappointment was that the last bus service ended a bit earlier than expected (around 5 pm), which limited flexibility for late afternoon sightseeing. Otherwise, it was a great experience and good value for visitors to London.
