- Entry to Sky Garden includes a security check and bag search before taking an elevator up to the Sky Garden
- Photo ID will be required for the purchase of alcoholic beverages, which are not included in the ticket
- The Sky Garden balcony is closed daily until 11:00am for security reasons

- Food orders for children aged 0–3 can be ordered and paid for separately on the day

- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
