Jay was a excellent instructor. He explained everything well and even included a mini history lessson, which we loved. We ordered matcha tea and a coke which were tasty and affordable. Overall, it was a fun experience for my son and I.

Had a great experience on this workshop with our guide Mariko. She was very helpful and we were able to make custom accessories which was so much fun! It’s in a beautiful location near Shibuya and great way to learn the history of the traditional techniques of Kintsugi

I was really looking forward to a course but couldn't attend, which is truly regrettable. I hope this review serves as a reminder for future participants to pay close attention. After placing an order, please make sure to carefully check the email sent by the other party. I went to the address provided in the email, but when I arrived, I couldn't find anyone. Later, I inquired at the local tourist information center and tried calling the contact number on the course page, but no one ever answered. The original meeting point specified on the course page was a coffee shop. While I was waiting there, the staff mentioned that many people had already come to inquire about this course, and it was even causing inconvenience to the shop. It was only when I re-checked the course page that I discovered the location had been changed. I also contacted Klook customer service, who suggested I try contacting them via WhatsApp, but I still received no response whatsoever. In the end, time just ran out. I spent nearly two hours alone in an unfamiliar place repeatedly checking information, waiting, and trying to find a way to contact someone. As a result, I missed the course, and it was canceled. This experience not only wasted my time but also my transportation costs and the effort put into planning my itinerary. For someone who specifically planned their trip and was looking forward to this class, such an experience is truly disappointing. I had originally approached this with excitement and anticipation, but what I ended up with was confusion and helplessness. I hope the organizers can update information more promptly and maintain clear communication channels in the future to prevent other participants from encountering the same situation.

This was a lovely craft session with Casey being an excellent host with brilliant English. We ordered a drink to enjoy during our class. Our host was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. I thought we were working on broken crockery but that apparently takes months to do, so instead we could make something to go on a ring, a magnet or whatever else you’d come up with-but not the bowl I was hoping to go home with.The venue was a bit hard to find as it’s down some narrow stairs. We all created something completely different even though we all used the same products. Each artwork got individually wrapped for us to take home. Give it a go!

Nice small group of people. Lots of lovely pieces of ceramics to choose from. Made a little hair tie and my brother made a magnet.

I had such a wonderful time learning kintsugi with Casey! He is so welcoming and knowledgeable. I hope to continue practicing this beautiful art form. The session was so engaging that the hour passed in what felt like minutes. Highly recommend.❤️

We enjoyed our workshop; it was a creative break from the hustle of the city. We created a useful art piece, magnet and a chopstick resting plate. It was just the right length of time to keep our 10 yr old engaged with the process.
