Reviews
It's wonderful that you can visit three major Kyoto temples in half a day! Thank you :)
pretty sure we were the only English speakers on the tour but it was still great. the stops are a little rushed but good locations to visit. BE ON TIME or you will be left. if the final stop is the Kyoto street temple that is uphill it might be worth while to make other arrangements to get home as there is a lot to see and not a lot of time.
Given the rain, this itinerary is very good and satisfying.
very pretty locations and beautiful scenery at each individual place. English guide translation was decent but not the best
not a good tour if you are English speaking. the guided head set did not match what the tour guide was saying. it was a totally different pre recorded script. the four locations were nice; however, they really just dropped you off at the location and let you wonder on your own, the guide didn’t walk through with you and provide additional context. pretty sights though.
If English speaking and looking to learn history this is not the tour for you. If looking for transportation only continue booking.
We have taken 5 or 6 trips with you in the past 2-3 weeks. This guide for our October 10th trip sent no communication prior to the trip other than one email from a "no-reply" address. The instructions were horrible. The exit specified we did not see. There was another exit. By the time we got there, he was gone. Cheated us out of $80. We had no guide name or number to contact. Unlike other tours when guides would Whatsapp before the tour, this guide sent nothing. We are going to tell our followers about our miserable experience. We want a full refund.
You need to exchange tickets at the departure point, which is a bit difficult for people who don't speak Japanese. The overall itinerary is good, the tour guide is also very enthusiastic, and he will take you to the attractions and then dismiss you. The bus you take has some introductions to famous attractions in Kyoto (there is a translator in the car), which is more friendly to people who come to Kyoto for the first time.
This was an amazing tour. What a great way to start my holiday. It was very peaceful to visit these places with a guide.
enjoyed out trip with the family hopefully we can visit again
